Window Shopping Turned Into Buying. Why Do I Do It To Myself?

Hello, my name is Nneka and I am a Shoe-a-holic!

So, my girlfriend called me yesterday to hang out for a bit, and I suggested the local outlet mall. I set out with the idea that I wouldn't buy anything and just spend the afternoon window shopping; wrong. Why do I do it to myself? I start trying on shoes and before I know it, I'm skipping around like a little kid all hopped up on sugar and calling the Man Piece to clear all purchases with him. I promise it is a hilarious sight.

Pink and Sparkly!! I lost it when I tried them on! And, they were on sale for $40! I was almost late picking up my children from the bus because I could not leave the store without them. $40 is a freaking steal!!

Have you seen the Bottega Veneta Resort 2012 collection? If not, please visit Vogue.com! Trust me when I tell you there is not one disappointment in the collection. This is one of my favorite pieces. But if you are not in the position to spend a great deal of money to purchase this dress, check out the H&M version.

Wedding Day Fabulousness!

My girlfriend, Niyeda, married her high school sweetheart last year in style. Being the creative person that she is, she masterfully created the peacock feathered hairpiece she is wearing, and spiced up her wedding gown with a pair of teal peep toe heels. Take a look...

I love when women step outside of the box. The feathers were very Carrie-esk (totally made that up) of SATC, and she never even watched the show!

Fabulousness in Atlanta!

So, I was out with my girlfriend, Stacy, helping her shop for shoes and handbags, and we came across this fabulously dressed sales person at Urban Outfitters. Me, being the complete nut job that I am about fashion, begged this handsome young guy to take a photo for my blog. 

Is he not put together?! I had goose bumps because of the nude colored shoes (from Urban Outfitters) and the blazer! 

He gets 4 out of 5 shoes on my new, and I mean new as I just came up with it, scale of fabulousness.

Two things....

First, Michelle's toes are done! Take notice ladies. Do not be afraid of a pedicure and a splash of hot pink on those toes! Good job Michelle!

Second, the nude/tan color shoe keeps popping up and these are a perfect example. Michelle said she wore them with white shorts and a brown top; Fab!

time (lol). So if I'm going to wear a flat, it's got to have that little
